She holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Information Technology from Cochin University. Dhanusree started her career at Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co. Ltd, where she quickly rose to become one of the top performers. Later she worked for an American multinational corporation followed by the establishment of Macins.
